Ok I'm not good with house plants, garden ones great, but once they come inside they die. I have even been known to kill cactus .
I got given a basket with 3 plants in it at crimbo, 1 dead the others still with me just. one is a flaming katy and the other a piece lily (so i've been told) am I better seperating them or can they stay in the pot together.
I'm sure I only get plants so everyone can count the days till they die :D

Hmmm house plants.. not my speicalist subject i'm afraid.. but.. Feed Feed and more feed... House plants tend to suck all the goodness out of the soil, and they do come in some really small pots, seperate & repot in to a pot at least to sizes bigger then the previous..
Mirical Gro house plant food is great.. and Westland House plant compost contains all the things a plant needs,
9 outta 10 house plants said they prefer it!!!

Mum has only ever managed to keep 1 house plant alive and it died recently. It was reduced at Xmas one year in Sainsburys and she only got it because she liked the basket it was in but it survived for about 3 years! Apart from that every other house plant dies within days. She got a mini tree that looks like a palm tree or something and it was dying so she was going to throw it out but I said I wanted it in my room and it got 'better' and looked really healthy. And I've just noticed it's not in my room anymore
