    BBC 1 Wales - Tuesday 22nd March 10.35 p.m.
The programme can be found on Sky channel 972 for those that do not live in Wales, and will also be available on the iPlayer.
"Dog breeding is big business in Wales. Politicians have promised new laws to root out rogue traders and improve the welfare of dogs, but will it be enough?
Week In Week Out investigates puppy farming." The programme investigates the appalling puppy farm that our Gracie Basset Hound and Roly Chocolate Labrador came from and questions why Ceredigion Council subsequently refuted any claims of cruelty, instead awarding the farmer a new licence for 16 breeding bitches.
Hope Rescue were delighted to work alongside the producers of the programme in an attempt to achieve some kind of justice for Gracie and Roly.
Please ensure you watch and spread the message - a large proportion of the general public are still not aware of the horrors of puppy farming.
Sadly Gracie and Roly will never forget - Gracie only has one eye due to untreated glaucoma and Roly is awaiting a decision on the most appropriate surgery for his hips.
The programme also follows their progress as they look forward to a very different and happy future. We would also like to say a huge thank you on behalf of Roly and Gracie to the Puppy Love team who have pushed and campaigned against this puppy farmer, and through this programme ensured the issues remain in the public eye
It is absolutley vital that cruelty and unacceptable welfare standards like that endured by Roly and Gracie do not go unreported, and that campaign groups get access to important evidence.
It is simply not enough to continually clear up the mess.

Will watch it in i player too - still wonder how councils give out licences to these places, makes me mad. How come the Animal Welfare Act doesn't apply to puppy farms?
