    Banana and peanut butter cookies
I followed a recipe and thought it would end up as a small amount, but after adding enough flour to make the mix a dough thick enough to roll I actually ended up with so much dough it made close on 100 cookies.

I had 3 bananas just past the point I would make human food.
    Added 3 eggs.
Then a huge spoon of my hubbies organic peanut butter
    Blended with a hand blender.
I thought it would take about 1-2 cups of wholemeal flour to make ot a roll worthy dough....but it took 5!

The recipe that I used to point me where to start included wheatgerm to replace 1/3 of the flour and honey

Thank you. Will experiment with honey. Banana biscuits must count as one of our 5 a day, so this is healthy eating really. ;)

I followed a recipe I found online, and i have a huge tub of dog biscuits now too! In future I think I'll split the dough and add honey/sugar to one half to make them people cookies...the dogs are enjoying them though, so that's something.
I love the bone shapes! Was the cutter expensive?

Great! I'll have a look; I always need more baking equipment (just don't tell my other half!)

They look lovely... in a doggy sort of way!

We've been sort of cooking today too... DIY ice creams.
Goats milk with a bit of coconut oil and joint powder - exciting lol. Instead of a cone, I put it in a hoof.

I haven't done it before, so you may want to wait a few hours until it's ready. But, the recipe I found was to semi freeze the breast so that they're easier to slice. Then slice long strips about 3mm thick (pretty sure the world won't end if you do it thicker). Then pop them on a wire tray for a couple of hours at about 80c. I don't think I want such thin strips though, I prefer a bit thicker so that I can chop them up and make them into training treats. Actually @Muttly did you ever redo yours after the burnt offerings a few weeks ago?
