    Again, im really boring/hobbyless lol.

i do photography as a small business/hobby, have my dog which has turned from comp dog to pet, and go horse riding every now and again as im too tight to fork out £20 every week  (and i think its arip off)!

Im buying another horse in 2 years (when i graduate uni) but for now i really need a hobby, but what?

Im open to all sports/or just sitting down stuff :D (im 21 btw and not into knitting or ewt  ) but im really stumped for ideas

Id like to meet more people, and know when i get my horse i will... but for now... (oh and im NOT looking to meet anyone special...!)

suggestions below..... (rep for the gooduns :D )

    I play tennis :)

If you have indoor courts near you then you'll be ok for all year round. If you want to be sociable doubles is the best, its brilliant banter when played with friends who like a good game but don't take themselves too seriously.

Sometimes when I'm at a loose end I'll nip over to the club and get the ball machine out and hit balls, its great stress relief too

What about going to evening classes to learn how to decorate birthday/wedding cakes, they also do Sugar Craft classes too so you can make your flowers to go onto the cakes. You could make money doing your own cakes then:thumbup:

Do it!!! You won't regret it. I know its scary at first, I was roped in with a friend to go .. thought I would hate it cos I'd be useless but now I'm completely hooked and play twice a week most weeks.

Book some lessons with the professional at the club, ours charge £20-£25 per hour. If you've got halfway decent hand/eye coordination you'll only need a few to kick start you. Our club does womens mornings on certain days, these sessions are cheaper cos you're in a group, maybe of differing standard but being with slightly better players is good to bring your game on. Join in cos that way you'll meet peeps who want to play.

Our club also does clubnights where men and women play, the professional organizes the doubles partners and mixes and matches everyone's standards so its fun. I can't get to the evening sessions cos of the kids but I'm hoping to go soon cos now my youngest is old enough to go to the gym I can ship her off to there while I play in the tennis section.

ETA forgot to say, if its a British Tennis affiliated club and you join you should be eligible for Wimbledon tickets through the club

it helps enormously with your riding, means you can put your leg on alot more without actually having to anything.

or yoga...great for weightloss, great for stress relief lol, im only 19 and i think im starting to sound like a 90 year old!!

LARP? Dress up, camp in a muddy field, and hit people with latex weapons? No special skills needed, just a good sense of humour.
