    hi i get my first puppy on friday and came across this site while googling the information posted look really helpful and people seem to be very willing to help

    hi everyone im gettin a little west highland puppy
    but just got told shes has what the breader thinks is a hernia,
    so im unsure what to do now

    Hernias aren't really anything to worry about. Vet normally fix them when they go in to be neutered/spayed.

    Provided you have no intentions of breeding from her in the future it should be fine and can usually be left till they are neutered and then fixed. A breeder would normally reduce the price too.

    the breeders agreed to knock money off
    im goin to get it checked as soon as i get her
    ive been advised if its big it might need sorting but they wont know till they look at her
