    i need help choosing a present for my bf's 20th birthday! the only thing he likes doing is fishing really (which i have no idea about) and could maybe get him something for the shooting season for beating but it would be ages before he could use it!!

    any ideas would be a great help, i have asked him what he wants and all i get is a shrug of the shoulders!! arghh!! :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Does he get fishing or shooting magazines, maybe a subscription to one of them, then it would last all year

    What type of fishing does he do?

    Coarse - rivers, canals or ponds

    Game - trout, salmon or char - usally fly fishing.

    Sea Fishing - erm....fishing in the sea :D:D

    do they do any fishing experience days or anything?

    How about a lovely photo of you both enlarged and framed :)
    It doesnt have to be about the fishing :)
    Although you could also send him on a fishing trip e tc /

    i bought a load of fishing stuff for my brother in law for his birthday.

    i spend £10 and i got aload of spinners, rigs, hooks etc.....its amazing what u can get out of 10 pound.


    do you have any idea what type of fishing he does? beach, river, lake, sea?

    and also do you know where he buys his equipment when he does go fishing?

    he does sea fishing off the pier, i wouldnt know where would be the best place to get the stuff from :(

    You could give him a keychain with a fish design.. Or any accesories relted with fish.. ;)

    How about a pair of Skee Tex fishing wellies? They're one of the best & they have great fleecy insoles that keep your feet really warm during the winter! I love mine!!!
