Would anyone be able to tell me what these are in these 2 duck eggs? My 11 year old son decided to incubate some duck eggs we bought from a farm shop to see if they’d hatch! I agreed to fork out on an incubator for him because I figured it was something nice for him to try, but honestly don’t believe he’ll have any success. However, after 8 days of incubation we’ve candled the eggs and 2 of them have something growing inside. I’ve done a bit of research and there aren’t any veins that I can see, so I’m guessing it’s just bacteria??? However, I don’t want to discard the eggs if it turns out to be embryos! Please help this daft ole mum!
