HELP!! Stud Kc papers problem

    I litter of puppies and I paid my stud fee and Iv had a problem with the stud own before I use the stud on this litter now he saying he going to pull the Kc papers on my litter can he do this?

    Why is he saying he will do this - there must be a reason? Perhaps if you could give a little more detail on the circumstances we may be able to say.

    If you have got him to fill in and sign the breeding paperwork there is probably little he can do, if you are registering on line they will write to him to ask if his dog has been used and if he says no or refuses to confirm then they won't register the litter.

    If you've had a problem with this person before, why did you go back?

    If he will not confirm that his dog sired your litter, then no, they won't be registered.

    What happened exactly?

    I don't know why you would use if you had problems before. I hope you get it sorted. Is there no way to sort the issue if he won't confirm, like using DNA to prove parentage.
