All my dogs are down with upset stomachs just wondering if i can give them half an imodium tablet.
I am sure i have read this somewhere.
Any help on this would be great.
I will not go ahead and give anything at the mo.
Starving for awhile and then boiled chicken and rice.
Been to the vets with two of them he gave me probotic tablets.
But have run and out and they did not do the trick.

Oh sounds good in tablet form. Mine get 5mls bright pink liquid and end up with lovely pink faces BUT no upset tums. I have been using Pepto for years now and think its great, stops diarhhoea and vomit quickly

When an animal is sick, they can often heal themselves, just by being left alone and not feeding anything (digestion takes a lot of energy which is needed for healing). But if this is a recurrant symptom, or your dogs don't improve quickly, I always suspect the food as the first cause. Commercial pet food is very low grade protein, has lots of non-nutritional fillers and is packed with toxic preservatives. Try them on a raw meat and bones diet. It can only help, even if it doen't cure the problem.
