    Hey all I am having a problem with our tarantula she hasn't walked in a few days her thorax is flat she is on her front not moving I hope that she isn't dead but I think she has please reassure me she is okay if she is she is only young about 18months old I am desperate for some help

    @rubyred1 you need to ask a moderator to move this post for you or post it again in the relevant section as this is general chat health so not related to animals so I doubt anyone with experience of tarantulas will see your question. Hope someone can help you.

    Sorry sounds like she is dead sometimes they do not lay on back when dead but without seeing I can not be definate

    Tarantulas usually die on their front, not on their back. Try googling death curl to see if this is how your T looks. It doesn't sound good but maybe give it a couple more days to be certain.
