Hi there i have just stumbled across this blog which is pretty cool, i own a pug and live at bondi in sydney, we have just started our own website called pettube.com.au we are uploading our pictures of our dogs and cats so all our friends from around the world can see them, i'm interested in knowing what are the most common types of dog breeds you have in the uk?

In terms of feeding your dogs - are you guys fans of canned dog food - or do you cook seperately for your pets...today i bought some 2kgs worth of chicken necks for the pugs and they loved them...i know it is a cop out giving them canned food but what are the best alternatives???

Well I live in Sydney I own 3 pugs of which two are brothers (there black) and one is fawn which is there uncle. I work for a very large dairy company in sydney so my world revolves around cows etc. But over xmas a group of us got togther and decided to create a website for ourselves so we could share funny videos of our animals and photos as well. When i told a staff member at work he was very excited as his dog "Max" belonged to his son who is know working in the UK so he uploaded photos & videos for him - so i'm happy i've made a difference. But most importantly i never realised how many people at work actually owned so many pets but never said anything - it is very bizarre. So now instead of starting conversations on a monday about work we talk pets first then work...(not sure how long that will last until the boss finds out) :)

I see you asked about micro chipping. We do micro chip dogs and some cat's i would highly reccomend it. A freinds dog was stolen but returned 3 months later because of his micro chip.

Hello, yes microchipping is now mandatory & i was lucky enough to microchip my pugs as one of them decided to dig a hole & go thru the neighbours yard and he was found at the local shops and handed into the local vet who then contacted me - very lucky - as they are all pure breeds my pugs:eek::rolleyes::rolleyes:
