Anything I should know about traveling with them because we are moving on monday (aghhhh I'm still not fully packed). I have a carry case which I'm going to put the gerbils in and 2 icecream tubs for the hamsters. They are going over in the car in the morning before the removal van comes. Do you think that'll be ok? Any tips for setteling them into their new home?

As long as you take water/food/treats etc, small animals are really good with traveling :)

Our hamster travelled a total of 800 miles in total :)

when i was at college (150 miles away form where i lived) mine animals used to have to travell quite a lot. i had them in carry boxes, with some food, a toilet roll or something to hide in, plenty of bedding and a bottle of water. they slept most of the way and then slept when i got them home, they settled quite easily to be honest, stoped regually for a break, to check on them and get them some fresh air. easy really.

I hope everything goes ok we moved Thea over here with us and she did great on the plane and settled in really quickly when we got to her new home. Put in some wet vegetables so they have something to eat and some water as well and something to hide in in the carry boxes and they'll be fine.
