Hi all!

my my friend have 5 guinea pigs
they (some times) have skin problem,, and it Suddenly disappears
now the younger one only have this skin problem
She does not have any veterinary clinic in her region (only for livestock & big animals)

this is one of the guinea pigs (it's now fine)

i want to know WHAT IS THIS?
and how to cure?

That looks like a fungal skin infection, they will need taking to the vets for the right meds to treat it.
Large animal vets can still supply small animal meds so it won't be a problem to seek vet advice.

NO ,, they are not like that,, They do not care about the lives of animals, I know some cats who died with these types of veterinarians, there are veterinarians without veterinary certificates there!!

but in my country i can fined many vets & shelters

that's right they have some good vets but they are far away

i don't know this girl well, but i know her through the Internet.
are there any way to help her? (like using betadine, Vinegar)
or it's harmful?

The best thing to help is to get the owner to search for a vet that is willing and capable.

Hibiscrub might help in the mean time but I'm not sure if that would be available.
