    Is he overweight? that would make his breathing laboured? maybe someone can come and help you soon.

    possibly SAS sub aortic stenosis.

    this can cause breathing problems and is prevelant in these dogs.

    possibly elongated soft pallette.

    needs further investigation as guesswork without more details is a bad idea, hypothetical or not.
    it could inadvertantly give erroneous info to other owners.
