    I've used https://www.littlepooch.co.uk/ before and recently placed an order for a cool mat. The supplier couldn't provide the size/colour I wanted. She said I could change it or have a refund and I said I'd wait. The supplier has changed the date again, so she has given me a 10% refund. I did tell her not to worry as it is not her fault, but she has still done it. It's nice that she has kept in touch and given options.
