hi. Could anyone help me pinpoint whether this is a girl or boy, spayed or neutered?

I’m thinking a boy... not sure about neutered or not.

Picture of face made me think either the cat is young or neutered as they don’t look tomcat like?

    Thanks!

So he could just be a young cat as he’s not acting like a typical Tom just yet? Found it odd that him and my neutered
    Male
    Seem to be friends!

I am a new cat owner tbh, and was just being a little silly with my response so pay me no attention. But I would hazard a guess that his testicles are just starting to descend. I dont think there would be any scrotum had he been neutered and nothing there at all if he was a she. My kitten had nothing when he got him at 9 weeks, then all of a sudden these humungous balls appeared from nowhere, a bit like your photos to start with but now they are extremely visible. They are so impressive Im quite reluctant to get him neutered but I know it needs to be done :(

That's a boy and he needs to be neutered as soon as possible before he starts to spray.

I agree get him neutered before unpleasant habits develop. He looks adorable :)

That's why cats - male & female - should be neutered by 6 months old at the very latest. 4 months is the current recommendation from iCatCare and several other reputable organisations, but unfortunately not all vets are up-to-date.

If you are keeping this boy as a pet get him neutered - and vaccinated, and wormed - ASAP

Usually in cats the testicles are in the scrotum at birth, though not always. Of course they are very small then!
