Garlic tablets

    Are garlic tablets good to use for flea repellentso? And are they safe for cats?

    Cats should never have garlic, it can be fatal for them , a quick google brings up this : Since garlic is significantly more concentrated than an onion, an even smaller ingested amount will likely lead to toxicosis —as little as one clove of garlic can lead to toxicity in dogs and cats.
    I see this being advised a lot on other cat forums and i dont know why, the only way to properly treat and repel fleas is with treatments from your vet.
