It is generally believed that around 1 out of 255 women and 1 out of 12 men may have some degree of color blindness. When you consider the importance color plays in the products we buy, our aesthetic tastes, and the design decisions we make when we decorate, it's quite intriguing to consider that many of us likely don't perceive colors the same way.

Come on then, most should be able to beat my 4.

Edit: Be interesting if you could also put if you were using an ipad, laptop or computer whatever. I do think display type will have an effect. I was using a computer monitor.

This explains a lot, e.g. some of my male colleagues' choices in shirts and my OH's love of mouse brown shirts......

It's obviously your monitor which is at fault.

Very kind of you to say so :)

I know they do a test at the opticians but I don't know how detailed they are. I've not been aware of being colour-blind before today :D

That was fun - but then I love sorting crayons and threads. Score 3 - let down by the sludgy brown-green bit. Done on a computer monitor.

I am in the elite group of one out of every 255 women!

Yes I already knew I was colour blind, in the tests at school she shouted at me saying don't be stupid girls are not colour blind so I asked well why test the girls then - so shouted at me again for being flippant, mean witch :D

Wait for it I scored a blistering 299 :yikes:

Edit: forgot to say done on a computer monitor

:( Looking at the scores so far I am fairly awful, do I get a prize lol. Does explain my boss often saying can you wear that with that! Looks fine to me.

My brother is much worse than me and my son is pretty bad too. My Dad is colour blind as was my grandad on mums side so I was bombarded with colour blindness from both side of the family
