The Nina Ottoson toys are always good - but maybe a bit advanced for a puppy?

These aren't toys but games you can play and make and they are all free!

*box of shredded newspaper with treats/food so he has to dig through it to get it out

*toilet roll middles with a smelly treat inside and the ends folded in

*empty butter tub or any tub with a lid that you can put a treat or some of their dinner in so they have to open it to get it out

*egg box with food in and given to them closed

*plastic tray (we use the empty nature diet ones) with peanut butter/ low fat cream cheese smeared on so they have to lick it off

*stuffed cow's hoof (we use mince)

*cow's ears to chew (if you smear it with a bit of peanut they will spend ages on it - first licking and then chewing)

*plastic cups upturned with food/treats underneath so they have to pick up the cup to get to it

My two love playing/chewing all of these as it relaxes them and stimulates them - hope it's a helpful list!
