While I was out yesterday I got talking to a man with a gorgeous Weimaraner. He lives near me but never spoken to him before. He said that he had taken her for a 2 hour walk as she only got 20 minutes in the morning as they were going out. He said he had walked past 4 full dog poo bins. He also said some of them had bags of poo around the base of them. Obviously people can't be bothered to just take it home.

He was planning on ringing the council on Monday morning. But how are the responsible people that clean up after their dogs meant to dispose of it if the council can't be bothered to empty them??

I think this always happens in the school holidays if the weather is nice, it's just the volume of people taking a stroll with their dogs.
Councils don't seem to realise that they need to increase collections at these times
