I have used it but i think it stings a bit when put on rashes etc.

I personally wouldn't use Fuciderm gel on an open wound. As far as I'm aware it's an antibiotic/steroid and meant for rashes rather than wounds. I know In A&E it isn't used for wounds and would think it'll sting pretty badly. I'd rather use Savlon or zinc and castor oil cream which is very soothing.

I've known it to be used for wet eczema but not open wounds.

It's not for the wound Malmum, it's for the clipper rash by her ear .
