Fresh food

    My rabbits are around 4 months old, i was wondering when i can give them fresh veg and let them on the long grass. Hope you can help

    You can start in small amounts from now. Some say 6 months, but you can try in very small amounts, like a leaf or two, and monitor the "output". Herbs tend to be easier on the stomach than richer veggies i.e. parsley or mint. Any changes in their droppings, i.e. a bit too loose, and hold off fresh greens for a few days concentrating on hay hay hay and some pellets instead.
