I need to forward about 10 emails to someone. Does anyone know a way I can send them all together?
Only thing I can think of is to copy and paste into one?
Just had a look in outlook - highlight them all, then right click and forward to
Attach them as an item, rather than a file. It will show you all your emails where it would usually show you a list of files.(where the envelope with the paperclip is rather than the paperclip next to it)
You can insert them all into one email as attachments... (insert item)
I'm going to have to wait for OH to come home and decipher your instructions, cos it's double dutch to me
thank you anyway
Yes you can as long as you put a comma between each address.
Come on Rona you can do it
Highlight the first email you want to send but don't double click to open it (ie the coloured line is just over the email)
Press and hold down the "Ctrl" button and highlight the others you also want to send.
Then right click and select forward
Nope, doesn't work
All I get are the bits I've highlighted not the emails
