I know some of you are so here are a few recent pics of the gang
Aren't they all gorgeous. Not sure I could cope with all the brushing though.
They are absolutely gorgeous I am not a cat person ,just wondering what breed of cats are these beauties
Woohoo, when I saw your post I thought yippee, what a great start to the day. I love the 'curlies'
Are they Selkirk Rexes, do you breed them?
I remember Fae and Cracker but don't think I saw the others.
I love them all, especially love the colouring on Fae x
They aren't as bad to keep on top of as people think, no brushing as that takes the curls out, just a comb through a few times a week to keep on top of knots, or more often during shedding/coat change seasons.
They are longhaired Selkirk Rex, the breed comes in a shorthaired version too (and a straight coated "variant") but the longhairs just have hat extra wow factor
Just for you
Yes they are and no I don't, I "just" have them as pets and show neuters (the ones who enjoy it lol)
Josh and Murphy are the older ones, from the "originals" - Joshy is 12 and has his own fan club, Murphy is 11. Of the younger ones Dylan is 2 and Cookie is Cracker's litter brother, they, and Fae, are just 1. Interestingly the 2 older ones are half brothers (same father, different mother) and all 4 younger ones also have the same father and different mothers (Cookie & Cracker obviously have the same mother lol) but their father is obviously different to the older ones, the older ones' father is actually the great great grandfather to the younger ones! So they are all related
The blue tortie colouring is fab, isn't it
Very curly and very pretty
Aww I do love the Rex’s - they are just gorgeous!!
