Just came up on my facebook page:

If you're doing your Christmas shopping online this year please, PLEASE, PLEASE think about shopping through EASY FUNDRAISING. It doesn't cost you any extra but LARGE BREED DOG RESCUE will receieve a donation for all purchases. Thousands or retailers to choose from including all the biggies like Amazon, ebay etc. Its really easy to set up an account too!

Someone said that Amazon and some of the other big companies dont pay any tax in this country and many are boycotting them. I never really buy anything online as i love to go shopping

From what I understand the base of Amazon UK has always been in Ireland hence the lower/no tax rate they pay here. I can't see myself boycotting them anytime soon, their customer service is fantastic.

You mean go through the easyfundraising page? Yes - as long as I remember . You can also use their search engine to raise a bit more easysearch.org.uk | Supplied by easyfundraising | Powered by Yahoo!

    If I've misunderstood sorry .

I just go to easyfundraising , log in and my rescue choice is already saved, then search for the retailer i'm shopping with and then click on "go shopping and raise funds " button and that retailers page will open up in a new window . The same as i you would do using topcashback/quidco :)

Things like Amazon are not on topcashback , so i use easyfundraising . But some of the payouts are much better on topcashback, you could always donate what you earn on topcashback to the rescue ;) I can send you a referral link to TCB if you want i that would earn me £10 , which i'm willing to give back to you for the rescue if you want (it takes 2-3 months to clear)

Sorry OP for hijacking your thread

I've been using Easyfundraising for some time now and support Many Tears Rescue.

I like to make sure that the donation gets paid so I make a note of date, what I've bought and the seller, then check on my Easyfundraising account that the donation has been made. Most are but a fair few Ebay ones haven't been done.

If any donations are missing you can report the fact after 30 days, but no longer than 90 days after your purchase. Easyfundraising will then chase up the donation from the seller and your missing donation will be paid.

If you buy any pet food from Amazon they don't pay out on that but everything else I've had from Amazon has been fine.

There's loads of retailers so it's always worth checking before making any purchase and going through their link.

  18. Yep its brill I use it for Little dog rescue :D
I will buy things anyway so why not :)
