    Does anyone know if you can subsitute cornflour for normal flour? I'm making a Lemon Meringue Pie and I need cornflour. Not sure if the supermarket will sell it as it is quite small.

    Hi Kayz - I wouldn't risk it - it has a different texture, and set.
    Hopefully the shop will have it!

    im pretty sure the cornflour gives the lemon curdy bit the texture that it is so i wouldnt risk it
