Feel so rubbish. Have had a rotten stomach bug for 3 days. cant keep anything down at all, not even tea. was meant to be helping out the RSPCA centre this morning but have had to cancel as i feel so rough. am gutted as was so looking forward to it.
Im just laying on the sofa at the moment, feel weak and sick where i havent eaten but as soon as i eat i have to run to the loo! its pants

Sorry to hear you are ill that is not nice.........drink plenty of water to stop you dehydrating. When you feel like something to eat eventually and can hold it down try peice of toast or scrambled egg. I hope you get well soon.:thumbup:
