Quick question, we have just put Lexi on the raw diet and we are due to go on holiday for a week in May. Do any of you kennel your dogs when you are away and if so do you have any problems explaining raw feeding to the kennels, do they have any problems feeding your dog raw food, remembering to defrost it etc?

im not sure if all kennels will have the facilities for storing a raw diet.

i know the one i work at currently does not. unless they stored it in the house freezer. i think you would need to double check with them on that one.

we have one dog in who is fed raw but he is only ever in overnight so nothing needs defrosted etc, its all just in a tub that gets poured into his bowl.
