    Hello all,

I am so sorry I haven't been on for a while, I've had a few hectic months, family illness, visitors! now moving.

Anyway, Loulou & Libby are fine :001_smile: as fine as Libby can be! she is still a naughty little monkey, she really doesn't know what to think about us packing up the house! apart from hiding in boxes to make mummy search all over the house thinking she has got out.
I am concerned how she will react to the move as all she has ever known is this house! anyway feliway's are plugged in all over the house to keep her calm... if Libby can be calm... time will tell.
Loulou's new game is "chase the fox out of the garden" I know, I believe I aged 100 years when I first saw it.... this particular fox is very unsure of Loulou and does not retaliate just runs for it's life, however, I do worry she will pick on a more aggressive fox where the outcome will be different... I honestly don't know how to stop it.

So I will spend a few hours trying to catch up with all your news from previous posts

    great to be back

    Bliddy disgraceful that is..................

Good luck with the house move. If it makes it easier, Libby can come to Moggy Towers on the big day. That way you know where she is and that she is safe....... :sneaky2:

Lovely to see you :) and of course we need to hear what the delightful duo have been up to all summer
Hope the moves goes well - I said never again after the last time but am seriously considering it at the moment (taken the first step and had the house valued :001_unsure:)

Good to see you back :)

You are moving from that gorgeous house?? Are you sure you haven't been hounded out by all the local delivery men?

Look forward to reading about the move, something's bound to go wrong when Libby is involved :D (obviously fingers crossed it doesn't!) ;)

    Hello

Many thanks for your welcome backs :D

Yes reluctantly we are moving, thanks to our neighbouring farmer who has massive plans to install 1000's of solar panels  in the fields all around us... not a pretty view... and a huge construction coming off the river for a mooring area and new properties etc.. so all this was defeating the object of quiet country life for us...
So, after much frowning and deliberating, I have found a lovely little farm house near by which thankfully for once is not grade 11 where we can have peace and tranquility once again, oh and VERY SAFE for my girls.. so happy days, it does need a few changes to suite us, so I have already engaged an architect to help... very exciting but so much stress and organising... but I will get there. ;) we can't have it all can we.

Lynn good luck, I viewed lots of properties which looked lovely, but just didn't have the right feel so follow your gut instincts and all will turn out well, but it can be stressful so take your time..

Loulou and Libby have been up to so many naughty things I don't know where to start,,,, when I have 5 mins I will get them all down for you all to have a good old chuckle at my expense.

    one example:
I spent hours rubbing down my outside post box ready to be painted a new colour ( to match the new house) the primer went on lovely, then one coat of paint, then the next coat of paint, then the final coat of paint... Last check on my fabulous box before I went to bed was perfection....

    The following morning...:eek::eek::eek::eek:

paw prints ALL over it even lick marks..... who was the culprit.. the one with green paws.. the one who had managed to get little green paw prints on my table and upholstered chairs and my carpet.... surprise surprise it was LIBBY, I then had to telephone the vets to check she would be ok, then I was advised to contact the paint supplier who confirmed in small doses should be ok.... then quickly rushed Libby in to have a check up, to put my mind at rest... special stuff was used to get the paint off her pads! but all was well...

I am still trying to rub off 3 coats of NEW paint off my box... I will say no more!

    byeee for now :D

    So harsh!!!!!

Libby was merely admiring your excellent handiwork and putting her little kiss of approval on your postbox.

I think you deserve to have to sand it all down again after making such disparaging remarks about the gorgeous little girl. Let that be a lesson to you, your sour old puss you!!!!! :001_tt2:

Welcome back, Ewelsh! Have you considered writing a novel of your life with Libby? Kind of a feline version of Marley and Me :)

Given all the lies that poor Libby has had to contend with thus far, I reckon it would be a long-running series!!!

ummm a novel of "life with Libby"... that would be classed as a horror story wouldn't it...?

    ;)

A friend staying with me a few weeks ago, initially said "oh I'd love a Libby" by the end of the visit she said " that cat is dangerous" :001_rolleyes:
