Our 3yr old cockapoo boy has had two seizures in the past month and so he’s just been diagnosed with epilepsy and is on medication. We’ve never dealt with an epileptic dog before and so was hoping if anyone has any tips (diet, environment, exercise etc.) to try and reduce the seizures???
    -thanks:)

Sorry to hear about your boy having seizures. It can be very alarming to see and quite disorientating for the dog.I'm out of touch with current medications etc,we had a little dog with epilepsy many years ago and things have probably moved on a bit since then.Obviously the general things don't change, like trying to make sure he's not going to harm himself by bumping into anything sharp etc.The Canine Epilepsy Support Group had lots of information, ideas etc and may be worth having a look to see what you think.
