    Advice needed please......

I have been bitten about 10 times this weekend, no one else in the house has though. I've checked the doggy for fleas, used a flea comb but still can't see anything?! Am I just unlucky or does he have fleas? What do I do?

    Thanks,

    from Itchy!

Have you tried treating the carpets, soft furnishings, dog bed, etc.?

If any of our animals got fleas my ex husband used to bitten to death - quite often round his ankles just above his socks. I was never bitten at all even though I had far more to do with the animals than he did.
Midges don't particularly like me either so maybe I just smell bad ;)

I don't know why but I thought dogs didn't get fleas if they got regularly treated.

Even if he is flea-free, is there a chance they're on the carpets etc?
