Just wondering if anyone with a MC or other long haired cat, has tried any of the dry shampoos that are available in pet stores? Are they any good or should I attempt a proper water bath instead?

try a water bath first.. or should i say a shower... dont wet the face with the shower as they will panic..(ours do) i wet my hand first then wipe their face..

if you find they really dont like the shower, then try the dry stuff...

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on getting a shower attachment for the bath taps and doing it in the bath - I don't fancy being trapped in the shower cubicle with him if he doesn't like it!

might be best if there is 2 of you.. 1 to hole the cat.. the other to shower

then if all is well.. try with just one of you.. not easy but possable
