Whenever we bring my dog for grooming in a real pet groomer I did notice that the smell lasts longer than when I do the grooming. Take note that I do her bathing very well. I smell something like powder, and I just noticed lately a dry powder dog shampoo. They're very pricey but I wanted to try them, are his good ro avail and use on my dog? Does it really helps on the smell?

ask your groomer what they use, most groomers will be able to get you whatever it is they use for baths inbetween visits.
