    Hello all,
Awhile back, I asked for photos of dogs in the dog chat section, that I could use to draw a portrait... and I was flooded with photos ( I wont be under estimating a photo threadd ever again lol )

Anyhow, so I had a good response and loads of fantastic photos which I have kept to use from time to time, to practice drawing etc

But when DT put up their photo of two extremely blurred dogs, I knew it was a photo that I just had to try to work from at some point, and now this is the point.

I was going to put this in the dog chat forum, but this isn`t soo much a thread about a dog photo/drawing... but a thread about how the hell can an artist turn a blurred photo into a detailed portrait

So thank you DT and hope everyone else enjoys watching my dilema of trying to stand up to this challenge lol :D

Here is the photo ........ OMG

lol yes, they are much better pictures, I can use those so I know what the dogs are supposed to look like :D

I`ve just spent a good 20 minutes going cross eyed trying to make out where the outlines of your dogs are supposed to be... it looks like your camera was drunk at the time of this photo lol

well so far it is looking normal, now I just have to try to poisition the features in the correct places and then I will upload a progress photo

(ps thank you for all the luck being sent... I`m going to need that ,alongside my spectacles)

  17. Tut! silly:eek: She still had her rollers in and did not want me to capture them on the camera ! very vain this dog! can't ya tell?

  18. Good luck on the drawing. I can't wait to see it finished.
