Been trying to sell our house, had loads of viewers and no offers, so decided to stay and have the extension etc done, got a letter today from the council saying that the people at the bottom of the garden are applying for planning permission to build a bloody house at the bottom of their garden!!! great! we will have bedroom windows overlooking our garden and in to our kitchen and conservatory, now we have to put in a formal complaint against it, can do without the ruddy hassle:frown:
