Dogs in France to become 'living beings' instead of moveable goods

    I can't see that it has been posted and thought someone might find it interesting. :)

    It is a bit odd in the UK how if an animal is stolen then it's just treated the same as anything else taken in a burglary but if an animal is tortured then it's a big offensive. This is a move in the right direction, maybe other countries will follow suit.

    Well done France but as a catholic country, animals don't have souls so they done have any rights.
