So what does everyone think of these, not your average trike or scooter.

Chalo Sulky || Simple Sulky - No Brakes

I go out with Lotty on my bike, however my bike riding ability isn't great  And Lotty loves to run and run and run. What do people think of these ^^^^ Sounds great fun to me. Anyone use anything similar?

As long as you introduce her to it slowly, it's not too heavy and she enjoys it then why not. I wouldn't have anyone in it at first though

Just had a look, and I see they have an option for carts with or without brakes...sounds fun!

My dog would be great in one of these, he loves pulling

    PMSL!

I will have to look into it. There doesn't seem to be any in the uk? Would have to ship it over, which i can imagine will cost a bomb :eek6: But im sure it would be worth it.

I could get my older dog to sit in the seat :D

Have you watched the videos on the carts website? They are great. The lady on the cart shouts 'Rabbits!' at her dog to get it to go faster.

Those carts are made in Germany and the USA
They wouldn't be very well known throughout the UK and Ireland yet.

Sulky carts are a great way to exericise your dog, as long as your dog is trained right with the commands etc...
As they can be dangerious if your dog decides to bolt.

I work my dogs with a scooter or 3 wheeled rig.

Looks brilliant fun! I wouldn't fancy one without brakes, though ... I can imagine my fella taking off through the woods after a deer or something!:scared:

God yeah i can imagine! My dogs are well trained, but i have never taught them right and left, which would be needed. An i would get the one with the brake too ;)

Thats good that they are made in germany! Might be cheaper to buy from there than the usa.

 Would make a great video for youtube
