Can you not just take her on a quick 5 minutes toilet walk when she needs to go? If you can walk her around your yard for an hour, i would assume time isnt an issue.

Some dogs just dont like using their own gardens/yards.

That's currently what I'm doing, morning, afternoon and evening but I have uni so my days and times are varied, I know that she can go in the yard because she was fine with it at one point

Some dogs will want to cover a human wee so maybe collect yours and pour it on the ground in the yard?

Take her out on leash when she’s likely to need to go (upon waking in the morning) and take her straight to the spot.

If she goes, crazy praise and treat immediately.

It could be a noise has frightened her out there.
