Have you tried a plastic sand pit??
In argos there are apple shaped ones, is it for swimming or just cooling down?

    How big is your dog?
    xx

Thanks, i looked at the sand pit ones ,they are not deep enough,i really want one he can lay down in,does not have to be deep enough to swim in, the ones on zoo plus have a liner in and he is a big digger ,so doubt it would last long

What about a plastic pond, one of the ones you are supposed to bury in the ground, you can get different sizes and depths.
