I was wondering how much dog owners pay for a 6month prescription for their dog pill's, i pay £13.09p for a 6mnth script for Previcox, which i have to buy of the internet, cos my vet doesnt sell them, i live in the midlands, and wondered how much it varied, up and down the country.
I thought this was quite reasonable, but have read, that some pay less, and some pay more!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

My vet charges £12.25 for a prescription. They put 3 items on the same prescription for my Dal. We are in Suffolk.

My vet charges £5.75 for prescriptions.
I get a prescription for Advocate as it is alot cheaper online. It can be repeated 3 times which means i can get 6 months worth of treatment for each dog.

Oh ime with it now, yes suppose its a lot for a prescription but meds are so much cheaper on th net when one of our dogs was needing lifelong expensive meds i looked on the net and was suprised, i couldnt take advantage of the lower meds costs as his drugs were changing so often, which was a shame.
