Can anybody suggest any nice dog friendly beaches in South Wales? Around the Cardiff area.

Aww there was me thinking I could be of help.

If you are willing to travel a bit come down to Port Talbot. You can't take them on the main part of Aberavon beach until September 1st but you can take them on the smaller beach by the docks :)

    Hi,
Thanks for that. I actually live in Gloucestershire but wanted somewhere to go for the day out so Cardiff is about the furthest we could go in one day.

If you can make it to Prembrey the beach is lovely and 7 miles of sand also got the forest to walk in aswell. During the summer you cant go in the middle part with dogs but either end is ok and you hardly ever meet anyone.
