Can anyone help with dosage for CBD oil in dogs to help prevent seizures?

She is a 6 year old staffy cross and has been suffering from seizures for nearly 3 years (Epilepsy). She is currently on Epiphen, Libromide and Kepra daily. In the beginning her seizures were approx every 3 months. They have gradually gotten more frequent and now are roughly every 2 weeks, sometimes clustering… recently suffered 7 seizues within 48 hours. Our vet has advised there’s no other medication to try.

We’ve been giving her CBD oil daily for the last 6 weeks and we have noticed an improvement in her energy levels and her all round health, however, we feel the dosage we’re currently giving her may not be too low. Can anyone help?
