A short video for dog enthusiasts of all ages, called "King Cubby, the Dog Who Made It to the Top," makes the argument that a dog would make an excellent monarch. See it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MVLf_cJaI8[/URL]

According to Youtube statistics, only two people in the U.K. have actually looked at the video this month. It won't hurt. Hundreds of dog lovers can't be wrong!

I am the author/illustrator, and I am trying to build my view count to convince a publisher to bring out the book.

then may i politely suggest that telling folks that will elicit their support -
while blindly selling them will solicit irritation + ill-feeling. ;)
no one, i am sure, would wish U *not* to publish - but asking folks to help with an endeavor is preferable,
to seemingly playing them as shills. :)
    cheers,
    --- terry

I didn't see it that way. I thought it was obvious he was promoting it, but so what? Its a nice, gentle story and I think we need more of those......
