Dog castration wound (warning- picture)

    My 2 year old man had his op 4 days ago and I'm a little worried about his wound. It doesn't seem to be gunky or warm, he is happy for us to touch it but I wasn't sure if this is what a typical wound looks like as it is healing? Screenshot_20190208-231617_Gallery.jpg

    It doesn't look inflamed or infected.

    I would bathe it twice a day in a solution of warm water and salt.

    If he shows signs of something being amiss, such as loss of appetite or lethargy, then speak to your Vet.

    Do watch that he isn't licking or biting at the operation site.
