    Syndrome???

I know what some of you will be thinking, and it's not that! My OH has it, it is like a birthmark on his retina in his eye. Apparently it's quite rare, and it took quite a few eye doctors (can't think of proper name!) to tell him what it was. He only has slight side vision through one eye, so is always very worried about getting things in his other eye that could damage it as then he won't be able to see. Anyway, it's not stopped him doing much, except for joining the police, which he really wanted to do. But recently with all the 3d films coming out he has got a bit annoyed as he wants to watch them but they don't work for him (which annoys me as I don't get to see them either! )

As this is such a big forum, I thought I'd see if anyone on here suffers with it, or knows anyone that does.

I think it's a silly name for an "illness" (I know it's not an illness, but you know what I mean) Every one he tells laughs about the name, me included! :blushing:

I don't think it really affects him, but it is hard, we try to explian how we both see things but without being able to see through his eye's it's hard. It doesn't bother him, except for the 3d thing, and he doesn't like having his picture taken as it makes him squint with the one eye.
