This is a long shot but someone may know so worth a shot.
Some time ago, (seems like months but probably years!) there was a thread about a ball type thing that can be fitted on to a lead, the idea being, I think, was to aid owners who may find it difficult to grip the middle of the lead. I vaguely remember a bit of controversy on that thread, so it may have been removed. I`m sure some members trialled the ball @ Bluejay maybe?

Anyone remember the thread and knows what the ball thingy is called or does anyone know of any similar product. I`ve tried googling but all I come up with is balls for dogs to play with. :(

Do you mind if I ask if you have arthritic hands, do you think it would be useful to those that do?

Yes I do . I have typical Rheumatoid arthritis hands.. Are you asking for yourself? Jan sent me a couple . If I can find the spare one I could send you one.

ETA Just been reading through that thread and I should say that the dogs I walk(ed) are small breeds eg JRT x , bichon .

Yes I am asking for me, I like to hold the lead across my body with one hand holding end of the lead the other holding the middle, however I am finding it more difficult to grip the middle, I remembered seeing the thread about a lead attachment that may help. That would be lovely if you could find it, I will of course pay P&P.
