put their paw in a glass of water and flick their paw? EVERY glass of water Dax is intent on putting his paw inside and flicking it or licking! I have to hide them now to be sure my drink is safe!

Mouse doesnt stick her paw into the glass but she will stick her head in and start drinking. I've now resorted to using a water at bedtime so I know I wont be drinking water that shes already had a go at.

He puts his head underneath the tap and plays with water... I thought cats didn't like water!

Oakley has just started doing this . At the moment we have just a mattress on the floor waiting for a new bed to be delivered & I can no longer keep a glass by my side of the bed because he keeps splashing the water all over me :incazzato: :D:D

Maggie is a water lover - she'll drink out of our glasses  and everytime i go in the bathroom she jumps up and sits in the sink waiting for me to turn the tap on so she can try to 'catch' it and bat it about with her paws - a great game!

    What a great pic!:D

My cats are water freaks as well, especially with any glass of water left around. If I walk out of a room, having left a glass of anything, I am always suspect a little paw--or two-- has been swimming in it!

Not with water but I was lying on the sofa the other day and had a milkshake behind me, I felt something moving oddly behind me and turned round to see Pip dipping her toes into my milkshake and sooking it off  The bad thing is she had been sat behind me for a while, and I had left the room earlier while she was there so goodness knows how much she'd thieved, I'm going to blame that for the bad smells we had to endure coming from her that night :incazzato::lol:

Simba will readily drink out of / put paw into your water glass if you leave it unattended. If it's juice, it just gets the paw and flick treatment.

I just remembered that my beloved Puma (RIP) used to do her "Mrrrrreeeeoooowwww" while drinking water from her bowl! Why she meowed at her water, I have no idea.

Sometimes she would mrrreeeeoooowwww right as she put her face in the bowl resulting in a mmmrrreeeee--burble burble burble...eeeoooowww! This was hysterical!:D
