Diabetes on both sides of the family too
I dono n I honestly could not care any less... I eat wtever I feel like and I'm slightly underweight
yet I do workout from time to time...
theres no way of keeping from it. some sugars are good though right? like in Grapes
nope, but i know theres 4 spoonful in my tea
Thing is if we go for diet or no added sugar its full of aspartame which people say causes cancer so its a lose lose thing if your partial to sweet things
I have resigned myself to the fact I will have cancer and diabetes at a young age. I try really hard with fruit and veg but I just fail majorly. Had strawberries with natural yoghurt today and it was just rank. Had to blend it up and down it with a straw ick!
Think I will be using smoothies as a form of fruit/veg.

lots of sugar in foods
can not cook meat on a gas hob it can cause cancer
to much fryed food is bad for you
don't eat red meat
red meat is good for you :blink:
