I was just looking up Preston, to see if it had a cathedral, and it doesn't! Although they brag about being a city I cannot find any reference to a cathedral!

I live in a the big town of Preston, but have recently moved from the city of Liverpool which is the only place in Europe to have 2 cathedrals!

Im in a village outside Chester , which does have a cathedral and a roman wall all the way round it (Chester , not my village , lmao)

an old law for Chester says if you find a welshman inside the walls before sunrise or after sunset you are allowed to shoot them with a bow and arrow ... apparently its still on the books and legal

Village, but quite a big one. About 4 churches and twice as many pubs.

I live near the outskirts which is nice. Id go insane if i lived in a town or city.

I do indeed know Waterlooville, I was taking my dog to agility in Clanfield last year! On the bus! And yes a new ground would be nice but I would dearly miss being in my garden & hearing the lovely sound of the crowd singing the chimes :)
