KIRSTY........She's too short to reach the 10th floor button, which is higher than the ground floor button in most elevators. If there is someone else in the elevator, they push the higher button for her. Otherwise she has to go to only as high a floor as she can reach

Reason being the amount of water displaced by the ice cube, will be replaced when it melts. Therefore doesn't effect the volume.
